Receiving for December / January is on Saturday November 26th from 2 to 4 John Hannafin from Pennsylvania is the featured artist

Pick up for John Hannafin is on Saturday January 28th from 2 to 4
CHANGE:  PICK UP AND RECEIVING FOR ARTISTS IS ON
TUESDAY JANUARY 31st FROM NOON TO 4

Receiving for Monica Londoṅo, is on Saturday January 28th from 3 to 5 (featured artist)

All wall hanging artwork must be picked up on Saturday February 25th from 3 to 5
NOTE: Receiving is only for the March / April
featured artists Marsha De Broske and John Carollo

 

Pick up from March / April is on Saturday April 28th at 3 PM
 
Receiving for May is on Saturday April 28th from 2 to 4

If your art is in the Gallery, it is to your benefit to meet and greet guests.
on First Fridays 6-9,  First Saturdays noon to 4, and for special Gallery events!

GALLERY REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE FOR ALL ARTISTS
Gallery procedure is a must as follows:

 

At the beginning of the season or when you sign a contract with the gallery,
please provide:

A CD or DVD with (only) 5 new images, 300 dpi and 5 x 7 in size

File names should be formatted as: PaintingName-media-size-yourLASTname

A one page typed printout of your bio for the Gallery notebook. If we already have one on file, you do not need to resubmit unless you want.

ONE WEEK (OR MORE) IN ADVANCE OF THE RECEIVING DATE
email the following so that painting tags can be prepared:
·      Your name
·     Painting name
·     Media
·     Size
·     Price
·     If data is submitted less than one week before receiving, the artwork will not be accepted.  Tags are created when info is received and cannot be changed.
·     Each painting must have a label on the back with the above info and your name
 

AT RECEIVING:

  • Each piece of art is to be titled.

  • Prints and note cards are to be titled or numbered.

  • Each item above will be listed on a separate line of the receiving form.

  • Your personal list should be complete before coming to receiving. You will then fill in a gallery receiving form for the pieces accepted. If any piece is not accepted, it can be deleted from your personal list.

Suggestion: number your note cards. They can be listed and grouped according to size and price. Ex: 5 packs of cards @ 4 for $10. When sold they will be documented by number.

Your cards and prints should be professionally packaged in sleeves.  Go to www.clearbags.com for great prices on sleeves.  When ordering, be sure to order large enough to include envelope size.
